Working with Gretchen was great! As out-of-state movers who hadn't seen their house until the day of close, being able to have Gretchen take videos of the properties for us, provide honest feedback, facilitate the negotiation process, work with the inspector, etc was so helpful to us. She really went above and beyond and we got a great house in the process!
